Tech Support?

    Frustrated with the lack of support from this company.

    I have been using this program for 10 years, Have estimated over 5,000 projects,  have grown our estimating department and now using 5 seats of envisioneer.

    and still the support is horrible!

    You can call support and listen to an extremely long message that suggests we come here to find our answers.

    Have you found a way to get this program supported, or questions answered?
