This is on V17 C3; I meant to also mention this was an easy fix to just delete & replace the wall & openings. Seems like the trim just confused opening points or something along those lines.
I haven’t been able to recreate this, so I assume it’s a bit of a one-off or less common issue. If I run into it again, I’ll forward a copy of the file with the issue so your tech guys can get a look under the hood.
